30:4-91.3b. Furlough prohibited, prisoners, certain 1. Notwithstanding the provisions of Section 3 of P.L.1969, c.22 (C.30:4-91.3), the Commissioner of Corrections shall not authorize the participation of a prisoner in any furlough program administered by the Department of Corrections if that prisoner has been convicted of a crime pursuant to N.J.S.2C:11-3, N.J.S.2C:11-4, N.J.S.2C:14-2, N.J.S.2C:15-1, N.J.S.2C:13-1, or subsection b. of N.J.S.2C:12-1.
