Residence at institution; maintenance

30:4-9. Residence at institution; maintenance The board of managers may require officers and employees whose continuous presence is deemed necessary, to reside at or contiguous to the institution and by resolution, allow to such officer or employee maintenance and sustenance or commutation thereof, in such amount or to such extent, as it shall in each case determine.
