30:4-82.3. Deadline; regulations The plan required under section 2 of this act shall be formulated no later than the 181st day after the effective date of this act. Pursuant to the "Administrative Procedure Act," P.L. 1968, c. 410 (C. 52:14B-1 et seq.), the Commissioner of the Department of Human Services and the Commissioner of Corrections jointly shall adopt regulations establishing the procedures formulated under the plan required by section 2 of this act. L. 1986, c. 71, s. 3, eff. July 30, 1986.
