Notice of change of status

30:4-72. Notice of change of status No order changing the status of a patient from full payment of the cost of maintenance to county or State charge shall be made without at least 10 days' notice of the application for such order to the county to be charged with the support of the patient, or to the State, as the case may be. Amended by L.1965, c. 59, s. 57.
