Legal settlement of inmates of foreign institutions

30:4-54. Legal settlement of inmates of foreign institutions No person confined in any public institution outside of this state shall acquire a legal settlement in this state or in any county in this state by virtue of the establishment of a residence in this state of the husband, wife or parent or parents of the wife, husband or the minor child, as the case may be, of any person confined in any public institution outside of this state.
