Returning patient to proper residence

30:4-53. Returning patient to proper residence Nothing in this title shall impair the right of the state, or any political subdivision to return a patient to a foreign country or to another state wherein he retains a legal settlement, and in all such cases no legal settlement shall be deemed to have been acquired within this state.
