30:4-3.21. Regulations 7. The Commissioner of Human Services shall adopt regulations pursuant to the "Administrative Procedure Act," P.L.1968, c.410 (C.52:14B-1 et seq.), to carry out the purposes of this act. L.1997,c.70,s.7.
