Manner of admission

30:4-177.15. Manner of admission Patients may be admitted to the institute in the following manner: a. By transfer from other institutions under the jurisdiction of the Department of Institutions and Agencies by order of transfer signed by the commissioner thereof; b. On application of the next of kin by blood or marriage of any adult, and by the parent, guardian or person standing in loco parentis of any minor, whose admission is sought, in the manner provided for herein; c. By voluntary application to be approved by the superintendent. L.1953, c. 122, p. 1308, s. 4.
