"Guardianship services" defined.

30:4-165.4 "Guardianship services" defined. 87. "Guardianship services" shall mean those services and programs provided by the Division of Developmental Disabilities for the purpose of implementing its responsibility toward the individuals for whom it is performing the services of guardian of the person.
