Supersedure of inconsistent acts; inapplicability to Code of Criminal Justice

30:4-123.69. Supersedure of inconsistent acts; inapplicability to Code of Criminal Justice All acts and parts of acts which are inconsistent with the provisions of this act are, to the extent of such inconsistency, superseded, provided however, that no provisions of the New Jersey Code of Criminal Justice shall be superseded hereby.
