N.J.S.A. 30:1B-8.1 — Name changes

30:1B-8.1. Name changes Whenever in any law, rule, regulation, contract, document, judicial or administrative proceeding or otherwise, reference is made to Trenton State Prison, the same shall mean and refer to New Jersey State Prison. Whenever in any law, rule, regulation, contract, document, judicial or administrative proceeding or otherwise, reference is made to Rahway State Prison, the same shall mean and refer to East Jersey State Prison. Whenever in any law, rule, regulation, contract, document, judicial or administrative proceeding or otherwise, reference is made to Leesburg State Prison, the same shall mean and refer to Bayside State Prison.
