30:1B-6.18 Inmate's use of the reentry organization's address. 16. An inmate released from a State or county correctional facility shall be authorized to use the address of a reentry organization as a mailing address in an application for benefits under the: a. Medicaid program, established pursuant to P.L.1968, c.413 (C.30:4D-1 et seq.); b. Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program, established pursuant to the federal "Food and Nutrition Act of 2008," Pub.L.88-525 (7 U.S.C.s.2011 et seq.); and c. Work First New Jersey program, established pursuant to P.L.1997, c.38 (C.44:10-55 et seq.), provided the inmate consents to the use of the reentry organization's address as their mailing address.
