Existing facility; reasonable time to comply with rules, regulations or standards

30:11A-6. Existing facility; reasonable time to comply with rules, regulations or standards Any residential health care facility which is in operation on the effective date of this act, or at the time of promulgation of any applicable rules, regulations or standards under this act, may be given a reasonable time, not to exceed 2 years, within which to comply with such rules, regulations and standards, or subsequent amendments or supplements thereto.
