N.J.S.A. 30:11A-11 — Effect of issuance of certificate of approval

30:11A-11. Effect of issuance of certificate of approval The issuance of a certificate of approval pursuant to this act shall not preclude a subsequent determination by the department that the establishment so approved is subject to licensing and other requirements of chapter eleven of Title 30 of the Revised Statutes, and shall not exempt such establishment from any requirements or penalties resulting from such determination, nor from any requirements or penalties imposed by any other law of this State.
