30:11-14. $100 fee for 2-year license A license to act as an administrator of a convalescent home or private nursing home shall be valid for two years from the date of issue, and upon issuance or renewal of such license, the commissioner shall collect, respectively, a fee of $100.00, which shall be paid into the General Fund, and the cost of administration of this act shall be provided for in the annual appropriation law.
