Schools under control of department; teacher's certificate

30:1-10.1. Schools under control of department; teacher's certificate Whenever in the judgment of both the Commissioner of Education and the Commissioner of Institutions and Agencies the work of a school under the control and management of the State Department of Institutions and Agencies is equivalent to that of the public schools, the State Department of Institutions and Agencies shall be empowered in its discretion to require any or all of the teachers in such a school to hold a teacher's certificate of the same type as that held by a teacher in the public schools doing similar teaching.
