Order fixing time for hearing

2C:52-9. Order fixing time for hearing Upon the filing of a petition for relief pursuant to this chapter, the court shall, by order, fix a time not less than 35 nor more than 60 days thereafter for hearing of the matter. L.1979, c. 178, s. 116, eff. Sept. 1, 1979.
