2C:43-41 "Mental Health Diversion Program Support Fund", established, Department of the Treasury. 14. There is created in the Department of the Treasury a special, non-lapsing fund to be known as the "Mental Health Diversion Program Support Fund." There shall be deposited into the fund the amounts made available for the purposes of the fund and any interest earned thereon. Monies deposited in the fund shall be dedicated to the purposes of defraying the costs and expenses associated with the administration and operation of the Statewide Mental Health Diversion Program established pursuant to P.L.2023 c.188 (C.2C:43-32 et al.).
