2C:43-3.7 Surcharge for certain sexual offenders to fund grants, programs, certain. 51. In addition to any other penalty, fine or charge imposed pursuant to law, a person convicted of an act of aggravated sexual assault or sexual assault under N.J.S.2C:14-2, or aggravated criminal sexual contact or criminal sexual contact under N.J.S.2C:14-3, shall be subject to a surcharge in the amount of $100 payable to the Treasurer of the State of New Jersey for use by the Department of Community Affairs to fund programs and grants for the prevention of violence against women.
