Estoppel

2C:20-22. Estoppel A final judgment rendered in favor of the Attorney General or other person in any criminal action, or proceeding under chapter 20 of Title 2C of the New Jersey Statutes, shall estop the defendant in the action or proceeding in any subsequent civil action or proceeding under chapter 20 of Title 2C of the New Jersey Statutes as to all matters as to which the judgment in the action or proceeding would be an estoppel as between the parties to it.
