Appointment of staff of justices and judges

2B:4-3. Appointment of staff of justices and judges 2B:4-3. Appointment of Staff of Justices and Judges. A justice of the Supreme Court or a judge of the Superior Court may appoint secretaries, law clerks and other confidential assistants.
