2B:2A-6. Preparation of defense; counsel; production of witnesses and evidence 2B:2A-6. Preparation of defense; counsel; production of witnesses and evidence. The judge shall be given a reasonable time to prepare his defense and shall be entitled to be represented by counsel. The prosecuting attorney and the judge shall have the right of compulsory process to compel the attendance of witnesses and the production of evidence at the hearing.
