2B:13-14. Small claims division jurisdiction 2B:13-14. Small Claims Division Jurisdiction. The Tax Court shall have a Small Claims Division with jurisdiction in those classes of cases as may be provided by the Rules of the Supreme Court. L.1993,c.74,s.1.
