Chief judge

2B:12-8. Chief judge 2B:12-8. Chief judge. Where there is more than one judge of a municipal court, the county or municipality may designate one of the judges as the chief judge of the court. The chief judge shall designate the time and place of court and assign cases among the judges, pursuant to the Rules of Court. L.1993, c.119, s.1; amended 1996, c.95, s.7.
