State costs, employees, and fees after 1994

2B:10-4. State costs, employees, and fees after 1994 4. On and after January 1, 1995: a. The State is required to pay for judicial costs and probation costs; b. All judicial employees shall be employees of the State; and c. Any judicial fees or probation fees collected shall be paid to the State Treasury. L.1993,c.275,s.4.
