Force and effect of existing rules dealing with admission or rejection of evidence

2A:84A-44. Force and effect of existing rules dealing with admission or rejection of evidence All rules of court heretofore promulgated and which may deal with the admission or rejection of evidence shall be deemed to have the same force and effect as though they had been adopted pursuant to this article.
