Effect of rules on conflicting laws

2A:84A-40. Effect of rules on conflicting laws All previous laws or parts of laws dealing with the admission or rejection of evidence which shall be expressly identified by footnote to any rule so adopted, and which shall be a conflict or inconsistent with such rule or rules, or included therein, revised or rendered obsolete thereby, shall be of no further force or effect after such rule or rules shall have taken effect.
