Time of proceedings

2A:84A-21.2. Time of proceedings Proceedings pursuant to this act shall take place before the trial, except that the court may allow a motion to institute proceedings pursuant to this act to be made during trial if the court determines that the evidence sought is newly discovered and could not have been discovered earlier through the exercise of due diligence. L.1979, c. 479, s. 2, eff. Feb. 27, 1980.
