Inapplicability of act to rights of department of corrections

2A:84A-21.13. Inapplicability of act to rights of department of corrections Nothing contained in this act shall be construed to limit the right of the Department of Corrections to search the offices of inmate newspapers or the public information offices of any inmate organization located within a correctional facility. L.1979, c. 488, s. 5, eff. Feb. 28, 1980.
