2A:64-5. Action against members individually liable; corporate powers not conferred Nothing in this chapter contained shall be construed to prevent any person having a claim against an unincorporated organization or association, for which the members thereof or any of them are personally liable, from proceeding against the members so liable; nor shall this chapter be so construed as to give any such organization or association any of the powers or to impose any of the liabilities of a corporation, except as herein set forth.
