Effect of final adjudication

2A:62-7. Effect of final adjudication The final determination and judgment shall fix and settle the rights of the parties in the affected land and shall, except as provided by sections 2A:62-8 to 2A:62-10 of this title, be binding and conclusive upon all the parties to the action.
