Effect of final adjudication

2A:62-22. Effect of final adjudication The final determination and judgment of the court in an action brought pursuant to section 2A:62-20 of this title shall fix and settle the rights of the parties with respect to the existence and validity of the covenants, conditions, agreements or restrictions in dispute, which shall be binding and conclusive upon all the parties to the action.
