Defects or imperfections in affidavits of selling officer

2A:61-11. Defects or imperfections in affidavits of selling officer All affidavits indorsed on or added to deeds as required by law by any sheriff, or other officer or person, shall, notwithstanding any errors or imperfections in such affidavits, be taken and held to be good and sufficient in law, but only if such deeds shall have been recorded for a period of at least 6 years.
