Appeal by reversioner or remainderman from judgment against tenant in dower or by curtesy or for life; restoration of estate affected Section 12 of an act entitled "An act granting relief, in certain cases, against collusive judgments and wrongful alienations of lands" , passed March 2, 1798 [Rev. 1877, p. 1409, s. 12 (C.
