2A:56-9. Rights by paramount title saved Nothing in this chapter contained shall be so construed as to injure, prejudice, defeat or destroy the estate, right or title of a person claiming the tract of real estate, or any part thereof, or anything therein, by title under any other person or by title paramount or superior to the title of the cotenants among whom partition is to be made.
