Scope

2A:53A-19. Scope For the purposes of this act, the scope of the bar to judgment shall be limited to all actions in preparation of the criminal activity, all actions during the criminal activity, and all actions in connection with the attempted escape from the scene of the criminal activity or subsequent apprehension.
