Penalty for violations of chapter by clerk

2A:53-4. Penalty for violations of chapter by clerk Any clerk or other person who records or files a declaration or application in any case of naturalization, or issues a certificate in any such case in violation of the provisions of this chapter, shall be punished by a fine of $100.
