Payment of money deposited with county clerk; application; court order

2A:51-5. Payment of money deposited with county clerk; application; court order Upon application of a person claiming to be entitled to moneys deposited pursuant to section 2A:51-1 of this title, the court wherein the money is deposited may make such order for the payment to him of the money, or any portion thereof, with accrued interest, as it may deem proper.
