Severability

2A:50-2.4. Severability If any provision or section of this act shall be held to be unconstitutional, said provision or section shall be exscinded and the remainder of the provisions and sections of the act as amended or supplemented shall be and remain valid with the same effect as if said provision so held to be unconstitutional had never been a part of the act.
