Commencement of action.

2A:49A-16.9 Commencement of action. 9. An action to recognize a foreign-country judgment shall not be commenced before the foreign-country judgment becomes effective in the foreign country, or after 15 years from the date that the foreign-country judgment became effective in the foreign country.
