2A:44-8. Failure to bring action; damages; judgment; return of balance of deposit If no claim is made by the person claiming a lien under this article or if judgment shall be rendered for the defendant, the court may order the return of the money deposited or the discharge of the bond and may also fix and determine the amount of damages suffered by the owner of the aircraft or parts thereof for the seizure and detention thereof, and render a judgment for such amount against the person claiming a lien under this article or the person seizing or detaining the same.
