2A:44-61. Process of attachment; bond; sale of vessel; creditors In any such action the lien claimant shall be entitled to process of attachment and the court may require or dispense with the giving of a bond. The court may allow other lien claimants and unsecured creditors to become parties to the action. The court may therein determine in a summary manner any issue arising in the action. The court may order a sale of the vessel at such time and upon such terms as it shall prescribe and fix the amounts of the expenses incurred in any such sale and direct the disposition of the proceeds of the sale.
