Definitions.

2A:44-57. Definitions. As used in this article: "Apparel" includes the tackle and furniture of a vessel. "Owner" includes a master, agent, consignee or commander of a vessel. "Vessel" includes all ships, steamboats or other craft. L.1951 (1st SS), c.344.
