Amount of physician's or dentist's lien

2A:44-39. Amount of physician's or dentist's lien The amount of the lien of the physician or dentist for services rendered to a person as a result of an accident shall be based on the reasonable value thereof, but not to exceed twenty-five per centum (25%) of the amount of any award, report, decision, judgment or settlement to the injured person.
