Existing rental agreements; validity and enforcement

2A:44-192. Existing rental agreements; validity and enforcement All rental agreements entered into before, and not extended or renewed after, the enactment of this act, shall remain valid, and may be enforced or terminated in accordance with their terms or as permitted by any other law of this State. L.1983, c. 136, s. 6, eff. April 14, 1983.
