Waiver or impairment of lien

2A:44-171. Waiver or impairment of lien No lien acquired by any processor shall be waived or impaired by the extension of any credit, or by the taking of any note or other instrument for the payment of the above-mentioned moneys due or to grow due to any such processor, or by the taking of any security for the payment thereof, or by the recovery of any judgment for such moneys.
