Right of lien

2A:44-150. Right of lien A person furnishing or placing a monument in a cemetery shall have a lien thereon for the agreed price thereof or the part remaining unpaid, with interest from the time the amount was due, upon filing a notice of lien with the superintendent or person in charge of the cemetery.
