Payment by public agency into court

2A:44-141. Payment by public agency into court The public agency may at any time during the pendency of the action pay into the superior court the amount which it admits to be due the principal contractor upon the contract. The contractor or claimants shall not be precluded thereby from seeking judgment for a further sum. L.1951 (1st SS), c.344.
