Expenses of proceedings; payment

2A:37-7. Expenses of proceedings; payment The state treasurer shall make a statement of the expenses of conducting the proceedings taken under this article and, when approved by the director of the division of budget and accounting, shall pay the same. L.1951 (1st SS), c.344.
