Security as condition for grant of injunction

2A:35A-9. Security as condition for grant of injunction In any action in which a temporary restraining order or an interlocutory injunction is sought the court may, as a condition of granting such relief, require reasonable security, not exceeding $10,000.00 or cash not exceeding $500.00.
